We do not accept returns once artwork is confirmed and proceed to production.

We do not accept returns with the reasons of you 'change your mind!

If it is an artwork error on our part then we will of course replace goods or refund your Money.

We accept returned goods for exchanging or money back guanrantee IF they are defective during delivery.

The return process is simple. Just take the photo on the defective goods and email to us at feedback@ezstore.com.my.

Please send back to us the defective goods

We will bear the shipping charges on sending back the goods to us and also sending the replaced items to you.

The return policy will only be effective for a period of one(1) week from the time you receive it from the shipping agent.
